What a week
We're starting to repeat ourselves, but: what a week this was! Last Sunday, we played at Willem Twee in Den Bosch. Turmoil, an up-and-coming band set to release their debut album at the end of February, opened the show. Great band—check them out if they’re playing near you. We were feeling really good on stage, and the reactions afterward were fantastic once again. Next stop: Podium Gigant in Apeldoorn this Sunday—and it’s free entry!
No Depression
The ultimate American alt-country magazine No Depression added our album After All The Party Years to their editorial playlist. Wow.
No Depression’s former columnist, The Real Easy Ed, added to the joy by choosing our album as his Pick of the Month:
Uuuuu!
Ron Jans is the coach of our local top-league football club, FC Utrecht. He is known to be an alt-country and indie music fan, so we sent him a copy of our record. And he loved it.
Albums you should listen to
‘These are the albums you should listen to,’ says Dutch national newspaper De Volkskrant. The Yearlings are on the list. Who are we to disagree with this newspaper?
